- Abstract
The article focuses on the proposed Drug Free Families Act by U.S. Senator David Vitter and Louisiana Representative Charles Boustany which would require all 50 state to drug testing to become eligible for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program in the U.S. It says that the Department of Children and Family Services (DCF) has started administering drug screening to adult applicants on July 1, 2011. It adds that Michigan was the only state being forced to submit a drug test.
