- Abstract
The article focuses on the age treatment of the suspect in Miranda custody, based on the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Miranda v. Arizona. It also discusses the U.S. Supreme Court case J.D.B. v. North Carolina, determining the custody of a person for addressing issues involved in Miranda case. It presents information on the judgment made in Roper v. Simmons and Graham v. Florida, wherein age as a factor in custody analysis were laid and constitutional rights were allowed to juveniles.
