- Abstract
The article discusses the Florida's Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) article 4A that allows bank deposits and collections and the rights and duties of parties to a transaction and mentions the need to permit parties to modify article 4A's notice period by agreement. It discusses court decision on several cases Florida cases including the Regatos v. North Fork Bank related to UCC; and the Priority Staffing, Inc. v. Regions Bank.
