- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old who showed a low-grade fever and symptoms of urinary retention and prostatism. The patient has a history of ulcerative colitis that was treated through proctectomy, mucosectomy, and ileal pouch anal anastomosis (IPAA). Computed tomography scan was conducted and revealed the thickening of posterolateral wall of ileal pouch and lymph nodes in the pelvis. The patient was treated with cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, vincristine and prednisone.
