- Abstract
The article discusses the author's proposal to combat bullying in places such as schools by amending the U.S. Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to protect students and provide parents of bullied children with autism spectrum disorder (ASDs) legal remedies as of 2014. American legislative reform and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) are examined, along with state laws and discrimination claims under Title IX of the U.S. Education Amendments of 1972.
