The article describes the case of a 20-year-old male patient with complete rupture of the right upper lobe bronchus due to blunt thoracic trauma. The patient was admitted with signs of infection. His condition was confirmed by bronchoscopy. He also underwent chest radiography. The case asserted the importance of early diagnosis of bronchial rupture.
