- Title
Your Coming Crisis: How to Triumph.
- Authors
Levy, Ronald N.
- Abstract
The article discusses how good public relations can help win over public opinion in the case of corporate scandal when management is actually guilty. One problem will be the lawyers. They will presume to speak for the organization. However, journalists are experienced at getting people within an organization to open up with the promise of anonymity. Lawyers also look at the case from a legal standpoint where there is a presumption of innocence. The public has no such sense--they feel if charges were brought there is some justification for such charges.
