- Authors

- Abstract
The article "Climate revolution in rental and property law?" deals with the housing law implications of the Renewable Heat Act (EWG) in the context of property management. The aim of the law was to convert the heat supply of buildings to renewable energy sources. However, in the current government proposal, existing buildings are exempted from the obligations and instead, an improved funding offer is being considered. The essay outlines the regulations of the old and new EWG and shows the expected effects of the funding package on property management.
