Research on Influence of Coaxiality Design of Pin Parts of Construction Machinery on Equipment Selection.
- Abstract
Double-sided boring and milling machine is commonly used processing equipment for pin parts in construction machinery, and the coaxiality of the two spindles of the double-sided boring and milling machine is a key parameter of such equipment. The coaxiality of product design directly determines the accuracy level required by the equipment. The linkage parts are processed on the double-sided boring and milling machine with a normal accuracy for boring holes, the processed holes are inspected on the 3D coordinate measuring machine, and the coaxiality is evaluated using methods of "single reference" and "common reference". The evaluation result is that the coaxiality evaluation method using the "common reference" is in line with the actual requirements of construction machinery products, and the product designed according to the coaxiality method using the "common reference" meets the selection needs of equipment.
