Optimization Design and Analysis of Lifting Mechanism of Mining Dumper.
- Abstract
The transmission efficiency of lifting mechanism of dumper has an important influence on energy consumption of vehicle, rapid transportation of goods and safety of operation. Taking lifting system of 40 t dumper as the research object, the kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis of lifting mechanism is performed by using ADAMS software. The influence law of hinge point position of lifting mechanism on lifting force is studied to select design variables. Taking minimizing maximum lifting force required by lifting cylinder as the optimization objective, the boundary of design variables and non-interference constraints are defined, and the change law of goods mass with lifting height in the process of lifting is considered. The simulation results show that the optimized position of hinge point reduces the maximum lifting force required by lifting mechanism by 24.6%, which effectively reduces energy consumption in the process of goods lifting and dumping.
