- Abstract
The incredible growth of electronic commerce has brought e-exports inevitably. Globally, the share of e-exports in total exports is approximately 4.4%. However, this mentioned share is 1,3% for our country-Türkiye. As of 2020, our country's e-exports were recorded as 9.3 billion TL and our e-imports as 9.9 billion TL resulting e-foreign trade deficit of 0,6 billion TL. Therefore, the Presidency's "Decree on E-Export Supports" (25 August 2022 and No. 5986) and the Ministry of Commerce "Circular on E-Export Supports" (07/10/2022) were promulgated both meeting the e-foreign trade deficit and achieving the global scale e-export proportion of 4.4%. This study focuses on e-export promotions for e-exporters.
