- Abstract
Covid-19 pandemic has affected export and import operations which are the vital point of countries’ economics. The most important section of a county’s balance of payments is the current account. If it states deficit (surplus), it means one country’s exports are lower (higher) than its imports. The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of pandemic on the international trade of developed and developing countries in 2019 through 2021 by applying trend analysis. The findings assert that Norway among developed countries is the most affected one while Saudi Arabia of developing counties is the one that is the most influenced county by the pandemic.
