- Abstract
The article presents legal developments in marketing with particular focus on the regulation of price discrimination. One of the developments discusses the U.S. Supreme Court case of the Federal Trade Commission v. Anheuser-Busch Inc., in which the court found that price discrimination had occurred. Another developments describes the Supreme Court case of the Federal Trade Commission v. Henry Broch & Co. in which the court found that a seller's broker is regulated by the Robinson-Patman Act. A third development focuses on the case of Central Ice Cream Co. v. Golden Rod Ice Cream Co., which clarified several aspects concerning price discrimination and the Robinson-Patman Act.
