- Abstract
The article presents information on legal developments in marketing relative to the regulation of channels of distribution. The case of Hagerman v. A Missouri law was struck down which had prohibited jewelry auctions in the month of June and December. The decision hinged on attempts by one class of retailer to restrict competition from other firms.
