- Abstract
The article presents a court case in which the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed the 2017 presidential proclamation issued by President Donald Trump banning the entry of foreigners from several Muslim-majority countries. In 'Trump v. Hawaii,' the court discarded judicial review over alleged constitutional rights violations when it upheld the third phase of Trump's travel ban. Also presented is a comparison of the case to 'Korematsu v. United States.'
