The article reports that the U.S. Supreme Court articulated a rule for school regulation of on-campus speech in a line of cases beginning with Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District and ending with Morse v. Frederick. It mentions circuit split over the issue of school regulation of student internet speech. It also mentions territorial nexus for the scope of the school's power and prohibiting schools from punishing internet speech.
