A conference paper about the roles of men, women, and transgender people in gender equality in the U.S. is presented. It discusses immutablity, as well as several biological theories of the origins of sexual orientations. The relationship between constitutional law and sexual orientation is also addressed. Same-sex marriage in the U.S. is also mentioned.
