- Abstract
The article discusses the business positive results and benefits of ethical lawyering. It states that ethical conduct that considers a lawyer's values and moral consideration could result in commercial enterprise in the practice of law. The article says that the ethically informed approach to law practice should be asserted to the institutions involved, the professional bodies, as well as the law firms that employ the practising lawyers.
