- Abstract
The article presents case studies of two children with pneumonia who developed concomitantly acute glomerulonephritis (AGN). A 34-month-old girl was presented with a two-day history of macroscopic hematuria, bilateral cervical lymphadenopathies and fever associated with abdominal pain and oliguria. A seven-year-old boy was presented with a history of right abdominal pain, grunting and fever, with macroscopic hematuria and vomiting.
