Abstract
The article reports that a Michigan appellate court ruled that wetland regulations from the Department of Environmental Quality did not affect a compensable regulatory taking of real estate developers' property. The case involved Resorts & Co., K&K Construction Inc., and JFK Co. as plaintiffs and the Department as defendant.
