The article offers information on the meetings of American Bar Association House of Delegates in New York City which offers several resolutions. The resolutions discusses include House passed revised Resolution 10B opposed the imposition of a mandatory minimum sentence, Resolution 108 support the principle of bar admission should not be denied based solely on immigration status and Resolution 102C for common-interest doctrine for sharing of privileged communications.
