- Abstract
The article focuses on the informal markets in Europe. It relates the rise of such markets since 1988, including Moscow, Russia, Istanbul, Turkey and Br&#0109ko, Bosnia and Hercegovina. The term informal market refers to a widely scattered trading developments, wherein its dynamics and forms differ in character, despite being tied with political and economic transformation. Moreover, the trajectories of informal markets can be seen in different aspects, particularly the lack of price tags, false trade descriptions, but it allows potential cultural encounters outside the formal market requirements.
