- Abstract
A 26-year-old male presented with chest and abdominal pain, as well as haematemesis, after mistakenly ingesting fish bones and forcefully swallowing food. Enhanced chest computed tomography revealed a fish bone adjacent to the oesophagus, causing a pseudoaneurysm near the thoracic aorta. The patient underwent endovascular stent graft implantation and thoracotomy to repair the oesophagus, remove the fish bone, and clear the abscess. After a successful postoperative recovery, the patient was discharged.
