Graph A 4-year-old girl with a body mass index of 16 was admitted to the hospital for right ventricular outflow tract stenosis. Except for the significant increase of serum renin, angiotensin, and aldosterone (when the patient was in the supine and upright position), other laboratory tests were normal. Echocardiography showed right ventricular outflow tract stenosis, left ventricular hypertrophy, and mitral regurgitation.
