- Abstract
The article presents an archaeological report of the excavation of a prehistoric game-hunting site in Bighorn Basin, in Wyoming in 1927. An overview of previous excavations of the site is provided. Details are given outlining the layout, conditions, and artifacts uncovered at the site in question. Date ranges are provided for the items and animal remains found. Precise analysis of individual antiquities are given, noting their forms, classification and composition, with illustrations. Multiple discussions are included relating the archaeological finds to the culture of the Paleo-Indian Bison hunters of the region.
