- Abstract
The article discusses a court case wherein plaintiff's lawsuit was dismissed and defendant online service provider Craigslist Inc. was granted immunity under section 230 of the Communications Decency Act in the U.S. The district court in its decision stated that Craigslist had section 230 immunity becasue it provided computer services and the advertisements on its website were information provided by another information content provider.
