The article discusses the impact of Advanced Science and Technology Adjudication Resource Center (ASTAR), an institution which offers standardized training, to the legal environment in the U.S. ASTAR offers training to judges around the nation to handle the increasing volume of complex and advanced cases on courts. It has caused legal disputes involving science and technology issues. The state focuses in the methodology behind science and the reason for its conclusion and relevance.
