The article focuses on the reversal of a patent injunction issued on the Supreme Court case "Ebay v. Mercexchange" in the U.S. The concurring opinions of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Anthony Kennedy regarding the case was taken into account. Key information about the rulings of the cases "Litecubes LLC v. Northern Light Products Inc." and "Wald v. Mudhopper Oilfield Services" is further presented.
