- Abstract
The objective of this study was to identify the relationship between extrinsic and intrinsic work motivation and the organizational commitment of production operators in the Ciudad Juárez IME. This was a quantitative, cross-sectional, non-experimental study represented by 115 participants. Data were analyzed with SPSS 25 for description and SmartPLS 4 for structural modeling. The results revealed revealed that intrinsic motivation has a higher relationship with the dependent variable.
