The article examines the implications of the U.S. Education Amendments Act Title IX for students' reverse gender discrimination complaints against universities and colleges. It mentions the focus of Title IX on the use of sex as a basis to exclude a student from any school benefit or program. The author also offers an overview of several campus sexual assaults that turned into reverse gender discrimination cases.
