- Abstract
An essay is presented on how Albert Camus' essay on the myth of Sisyphus offers perspectives into Cormac McCarthy's epilogue in the book "Blood Meridian: Or the Evening Redness in the West." It explores the discussion of Albert Camus on the myth of Sisyphus wherein he examines the main themes pertaining to humankind's search for meaning and clarity. The author believes that McCarthy and Camus are similar in the repetition of narratives that establishes the irrevocable reality of death.
