- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 36-year-old white woman with Crohn's disease of two years and received treatment of infliximab in monotherapy. She developed a non-scarring hair loss involving eyelashes, eyebrows and the ophiasis area after the fourth infusion. She was treated with methotrexate at 25 milligrams (mg) weekly for the alopecia areata (AA) and her Crohn's disease and infliximab was discontinued.
