- Abstract
The article discusses the British Court of Appeal case which involved Simon Peter Richardson who was convicted of wounding with intent and intimidation. It provides a background of the case wherein a taxi passenger who was picked up at the appellant's address racially abused another person and bit the complainant's left ear. It also examines the admissibility of bad character as evidence for the crime and as evidence of identity.
