- Abstract
The article discusses the notion of a new media dramaturgy in relation to Human Robot Interaction (HRI) and the book "Vibrant Matter: A Political Ecology of Things," by Jane Bennett. Topics include the role of an anthropomorphic robot in the video installation "The Woman and the Snowman" by Mari Velonaki, the notion of robots as hyperobjects in aesthetic theory, and the play "ACTOR #1" by Kris Verdonck. Velonaki's Fish-Bird series of art installations is noted.
