- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 60-year old woman who was diagnosed with normal pressure hydrocephalus and psychosis. The patient showed no significant improvement following prescription with quetiapine, haloperidol and valproate for her paranoid psychotic symptoms. Her gait disturbances and psychotic symptoms improved after a standard ventriculoperitoneal shunt procedure.
