- Authors
Vogel, David B.
- Abstract
The article discusses research, which aims to determine whether schools are adequately training technical directors for professional careers. The results showed that students are learning applicable skills in their technical training programs. However, some skills significant to the profession, such as shop maintenance and collaboration, do not receive adequate coverage in training programs.
