- Abstract
The article presents case study of having subdural hematoma related to fetal autoimmune thrombocytopenia. It has been informed that a 35-year-old primigravida was referred for routine scan at 34 gestational weeks (GW) and a full-term boy was delivered by cesarean section at 39 GW with a generalized petechial rash and ecchymoses. It has been stated that fetal thrombocytopenia and hidden maternal autoimmunity was found.
