- Abstract
The influence of defectiveness of solid-state dielectric samples on the parameters of the electromagnetic response under deterministic acoustic action on the test object is demonstrated. Regularities of changes in the parameters of electromagnetic signals due to variations and an increase in the electric field strength vector with respect to the contact between the materials of the sample and of the defect are given. It is shown that the amplitude-frequency parameters of the emitted electromagnetic signals are directly related to the acoustic impedance and conductivity of the contacting medium and defect. The correspondence of the amplitudes of electromagnetic responses to the temporal and spatial distribution of mechanical stresses arising in a defective system during the propagation of an acoustic pulse has been established. The data on changes in the parameters of electromagnetic signals with an increase in the size of model defects in samples of the same type are presented.
