- Abstract
The article presents the discussion on menstruation being a biological marker of health and wellness. Topics include accompanied by a myriad of benign symptoms, such as irritability, breast pain, abdominal bloating, fatigue, or general cramping as the uterus contracts to expel endometrial lining; and health care providers continuing to mitigate stigma and normalizing menstruation.
