- Abstract
In this paper, the role of teleworking is analyzed as a solution of the problematic of national productivity and labor continuity and as a factor of defense of employment during the COVID-19 pandemic, furthermore the development of related public policies and the legal and administrative frames to regulate work are approached. The current sanitary crisis motivated the making of this study. The documentary research performed on and off line offered a broad vision of the telework situation nationally and internationally and about the viable options to cope up with it nowadays in Mexico. The text presents an analysis of the adaptive ways of accomplishment of labor and management of human talent using massively ICT; this paper also highlights the prevalent importance of teleworking to achieve the preservation of labor force and consequent stabilization of entire economy national and global.
