- Abstract
Aiming at the problems of pipeline deformation, type selection design and safety protection when the oil pipeline passes through the mining affected area, taking the 3308 working face of a coal mine in Shandong Province as the background, according to the regional geological conditions, pipeline parameters and measured data, the stress deformation and regional characteristics of the pipeline under the influence of coal mining were analyzed by using numerical simulation method, and the influence of different physical and mechanical parameters of the pipeline and soil on the stress change of the pipeline was studied. The results show that the deformation of buried pipeline affected by mining can be divided into non deformation section, tension compression transition section and compression deformation section, and there is an inflection point of axial stress direction change in tension compression transition section. During the mining of 3308 working face, the settlement displacement at the midpoint of the pipeline is the largest, which is equal to the maximum subsidence value of the ground surface along the simulated pipeline. The deformation between the pipe and soil is “ pipe soil cooperative deformation” . The axial stress on the pipeline increases from both ends of the pipeline to the midpoint first, then decreases, and then increases. Different physical and mechanical parameters of pipeline and soil have different effects on the change of axial stress of pipeline, which should be comprehensively considered when selecting pipeline. The research results can provide a reference for the selection, design, construction, operation and safety maintenance of buried oil pipelines in mining affected areas.
