- Abstract
The article focuses on a building project of Washington State University that incorporated an all-electric heat pump plant, natural ventilation, and energy-efficient systems in its design. Topics include building employs combination of strategies, such as a dedicated outdoor air system and variable refrigerant flow heat pumps to move and share heat throughout the building; and building's ventilation system was designed to exceed engineering, data analytics, and hospitality business management.
