The article focuses on the magnetic resonance imaging appearance of pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia causing asymmetric breast enlargement. The MRI of the patient showed asymmetric enlargement of solid fibroglandular tissue throughout the right breast. Marked edematous stroma was seen on the weighted images interposed between avidly enhancing prominent glands.
