- Abstract
Erythema annulare centrifugum (EAC) is a chronic phenomenon of the skin that presents with annular gyrate erythematous patches or thin plaques that enlarge centrifugally and clear centrally. EAC lesions transiently improved while receiving treatment with topical and systemic steroids, but when the treatment was stopped, the lesions flared back. EAC was probably a consequence of latent TB; however, TB treatment did not improve the skin lesions.
