- Abstract
The article presents case study of 66-year-old White man with a history of bilateral nipple enlargement associated with persistent pruritus and discusses how estrogen and progesterone receptor-positive bilateral nipple leiomyoma was found in him. It mentions that physical examination showed gynecomastia and nontender, skin-colored indurated plaques. It also mentions that bilateral nipple leiomyomas may have been induced by an underlying hormonal imbalance.
