The article presents a speech by lawyer Henry T. King, Jr., introducing session speaker Marlene Jennings, Canadian Prime Minister's Parliamentary Secretary for Canada-U.S. Relations, delivered at the annual Canada-United States Law Institute Conference, titled "Understanding Each Other Across the Largest Undefended Border in History," on April 15-16, 2005 in Cleveland, Ohio. King discusses the political career of Jennings and the organizations she is affiliated in.
