- Title
Handbook on the Geographies of Energy.
- Authors
Bush, Drew
- Abstract
I Handbook on the Geographies of Energy i promises to "bring a deeper understanding of the geographical tradition to energy studies, going well beyond (but certainly building from) ideas of geography as location, proximity, and scale" (p. xxii). Having dispensed with such necessary narrowing of scope, this volume does an admirable job serving as an introductory guide, while presenting a number of interesting topics and detailed case studies. I would add that the volume itself also lends support to the argument put forth by the editors that geography offers a great deal to investigations of energy.
