The article focuses on the background and relevant law related to buffer zones and crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs) and issues concerning the preservation of free speech, and the preservation of reproductive freedom. It mentions that society should preserve reproductive freedom over free speech which lead to abortion deterrence for unwanted pregnancies. It also mentions that implications of preserving reproductive freedom over First Amendment rights.
