- Abstract
The authors reflect on the Berlin definition of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). They mention the reliability of the personalized medicine's success on diagnostic examinations which is capable of determining suitable patients. An overview of the chart depicting the proposed procedure for proper evaluation of hypoxemia for the diagnosis of the syndrome is also presented.
