- Abstract
The article focuses on the prevalence of cereal aphids in Egypt, as well as the biological control agents for such pests. It mentions that various cereal aphids, such as the Bird Cherry-Oat Aphid and the Green Bug, are the primary pests attacking cereal crops in the country including wheat, barley and corn. It states that the active period of such pests starts from the late-tillering growth stage of crops. It states that parasitoids and predatorts are effective biological control agents of cereal aphids.
